Fun filled days

Volunteered at Wietse's school to go along and guide a small group of children through Blijdorp Zoo last Thursday. It was hot, we came home quite "cooked", and it was crowded. But we had fun, and all the kids of his class returned safe.

Polar bears

This little one was seeking shadow, he came to me just as close as 30 cm from where I stood.

The Zoo is crossed (through tunnels) by trains, and one animal has a nest on one pole...
