what had happened. I had troubles updating my blog in the past few days. Maybe it was too large as I had quite a description about the weekend, plus some photos. Anyway I wanted to show off some socks that I knitted for the Friendly Socks 2 book. You'll find the link to that book in the side bar :-)

On the left the Mystery Cable Sock, and on the right in red Opal the “There and Back again sock”designed by Laura Andersson. The Mystery Cable sock was fun, as you don’t see what you do with the cables – you’re knitting the cable on the inside, and halfway turn your work. I especially enjoyed the variegated yarn with it – the result is a warm and pleasant to wear sock. The book is due Dec. 21st!
